QC(quality control) Standards and Precautions
- Exchange and Refund can be done in 7 days after the keyboard delivered
- The condition of the inside of the keyboard is not a part of QC standards, so it can not be exchanged.
- Any gaps between upper and bottom housing of keyboard after building
- less than or equal to 1mm is not subject to exchange.
- Due to the polishing of weight (in terms of thickness), there could be a little gap between the weight and the bottom part of the keyboard.
- Therefore it is not subject to exchange either. ( Please refer to the attached pictures of weight)
