Intro.

Like the creature it is named after, the design of the Cerberus keyboard revolves around 3 major points of interest.

An intricately engraved crest, three heads with glowing eyes, and removeable sides that can be swapped out for a different color.
Each of these come together to create a keyboard that allows for customization, staying true to the theme.

Mounting Style.

The Cerberus uses a single-sided gasket mount, just like their Brutal V2 Keyboards.

This means the plate makes contact with gaskets on the bottom case,
and the actual case itself at the top.
The result is a keyboard that mimics the classic sound profile of top mount,
with a softer feel found in gasket mounts.
Custom POM alignment pins are also used to help make assembly as easy as possible.

To customize your typing experience even further, force break gaskets slots are designed into the case.
These slots can be used to install optional small gaskets that can help soften the typing feel and sound.

Thoughtful Design.

Details matter- and for Cerberus there were many small design decisions that helped form its identity.
From extending the case slightly over the centered USB-C port to help hide the metal seen on cables, to using form fitting and easily removeable feet to keep the aesthetic clean, Cerberus is the product of several iterations and rounds of testing.
