• COVID Delays
    • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping will take more time than usual. We are sorry for the inconvenience, but for the safety of ourselves and others it is inevitable.

  • General
    • All the items will be shipped out from South Korea
    • Your shipping fees will be calculated at the checkout page, but import fees will vary by country and will not be calculated
    • There might be additional fees charged by DHL/Fedex fees as custom clearance service fee. It is the customer who is responsible for the fees

 

  • Packaging
    • We are doing our best to safely pack your items, so they will be unharmed during shipment
    • All the lubricants are vacuum sealed to prevent leakage, and all other products are bubble wrapped for protection

 

  • Processing Time
    • We aim to get your order processed within 1-3 business days. However, some delays may happen due to the workload, in which case we will do our best to ship it to you ASAP
    • Note :  Processing time is different from Shipping time

 

  • Order Consolidation
    • At this time, we are unable to consolidate separate orders, so please check your shopping cart to make sure that you have everything you need before checkout

     

    • Shipping Options
      • You can choose between K-Packet or DHL. K-Packet is cheaper but takes longer, while DHL is more expensive but will be faster
      • NOTE :  due to COVID-19, K-packet is discontinued at the moment
      • K-Packet will be delivered via airways
      • K-Packet (Airmail)
        • Estimated Time :  Approximately 3~4 Weeks
      • DHL Express
        • Estimated Time :  Approximately 3~5 days

       

      • Import Taxes & Duties
        • International customers may be subjected to import taxes depending on the country that you are purchasing from. It is your responsibility to pay any import fees
        • "Will you undervalue the products so I don't have to pay?"
          • We will not and cannot illegally undervalue products for any reason

       

      • Damage or Lost Items during Transit
        • Once the package arrives to the designated location, customers must contact the local courier to solve the following problems (in prior to contacting us)
        • We are not responsible for any damaged, lost, delayed, or stolen packages
        • If your product is marked as delivered but you did not receive your package, contact your chosen courier ASAP
